Membership

   Erie Cattaraugus Rail Trail, Inc. is an advocacy group that supports the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation in their efforts to railbank the former Buffalo and Pittsburgh rail corridor into a multiuse recreational trail. This section begins in Orchard Park, NY and terminates in the Town of Ashford. In conjunction with NYS, ECRT hopes to develop and maintain the trail with goals to preserve the important historic elements, natural resources and habitat linkages, and to provide neighboring communities with an asset for recreation, fitness, and economic generation.

   Erie Cattaraugus Rail Trail, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit charitable organization. Membership contributions and donations to ECRT are tax deductible.

Your annual membership:

 

- Supports our ongoing pursuit for preservation of the rail corridor. 
- Facilitates advocacy and public outreach efforts. 
- Illustrates community support for the preservation of the rail corridor.
- Demonstrates your support to local and state public officials.
- Helps defray the cost of educational events.
- Identifies you as a charter member of this grassroots effort.

 

You can demonstrate your support through either a basic (free) or paid membership.

 

All members will receive our e-newsletter, exclusive invitations to ECRT events, and a member's-only discount on event registration fees. When you register, you'll also have the opportunity to indicate if you would like to assist us further by volunteering.
